Thank you for choosing to participate in our webinar. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before completing your registration.

No Refunds

Once you have paid for your participation in our webinar, all fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to all payment methods and is in place to cover the costs associated with organizing and running the event, as well as ensuring fair treatment to all attendees.

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we do not offer refunds for any of the following:

  • Cancellation of participation by the attendee
  • Failure to attend the webinar
  • Technical issues on the attendee’s end, such as poor internet connectivity or device malfunction

Rescheduling or Cancellations by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that the webinar is rescheduled or canceled by the organizer, attendees will be notified, and a new date will be provided. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit for future events may be offered at the discretion of the organizer.

Transfer of Registration Not Allowed

Please note that the transfer of registration to another individual is not allowed. Once the registration is confirmed, only the registered attendee can participate in the webinar.
